Alhajj Ayesha Chowdhury is a young accomplished entrepreneur, characterized by her phlegmatic temperament and amicability. In the arena of the Hajj and Umrah services, her abiding belief and passionate interest have enabled her to sustain for long 19 years now and in the process achieved her specialization. She sees her profession more as prayer than as mere business.

Born in Dhaka, Bangladesh and hailing from Chinair, B. Baria, Alhajj Ayesha Chowdhury has unquenchable quest for knowledge and owns a very notable academic career. She completed her Masters Degree in Management from Jagannath University. One more plume was added to her crown recently, as she received the M Phil Degree on the topic “The Role of Hajj in Establishing Unity of Muslim Ummah” from the University of Dhaka. She is under the way of getting admitted for the PhD Degree on the topic entitled Hajj and Tourism. It is worth mentioning here that she performed the Hajj way back in 2004. She has travelled to Saudi Arabia as many as 45 times, so far. She likes travelling and the countries that she has the experience of visiting apart from Saudi Arabia include India, the UK, Malaysia, Turkey, UAE etc. Her breadth of knowledge together with her persevering ability has paved for her a way to establish her own travel and hajj services company. She is the proprietor of H. Mujaddedia Hajj Travels &Tours and Silk and Beauty, the Managing Partner of H. Mujaddedia Dot Com and the Chairman of Shapnaferi Social Development Society, though as the proprietor she has her main focus concentrated on Hajj With Ayesha.

At the start unlike an easy saunter, a lot of exertion from Alhajj Ayesha Chowdhury was required to overcome the throes, presented themselves. She was up the creek and had caveat too. She knew it to grow big and to come in the forefront as an entrepreneur, she would be needed to have all the satisfied clients. Her ingenuity combined with her education turned out instrumental at this stage to make plans of how to get her mission and vision secured. She sat up an office at a prominent, conspicuous place and decorated it well to mark her presence in this field of business, in particular. Information gleaned from the study that had been carried out earlier, helped her make a list of prospective clients from her acquaintances, in the first place. Then she met and talked to them and their spouses about the importance of performing hajj at the right time of life. No denial of the fact that, many of us grudgingly admit that we have a wrong approach to this idea. She got a job in hand to work on it. She successfully persuaded them to understand what she had been touting for was necessary from religious point of view and would earn them respect and peace. Today, a whopping thousands hajjies who Hajj With Ayesha is proud of having on their list can be attributed to her name only. Her arduous efforts had not gone unnoticed, for at a later time they earned her recognition from the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

Alhajj Ayesha Chowdhury achieved some important milestones at this phase of her career. She became the first ever lady Munazzem of the country in 2017, after the Govt. had acknowledged her diligence in this sector for more than a decade. She was deployed with the responsibility to take care of the Bangladeshies gather in Saudi Arabia every year to perform the Hajj. Earlier in June in the preceding year she was appointed by the Govt. a Trainer to train up the female participants before they depart Dhaka. Concurrently she has been serving the pilgrims as Volunteer Guide under the Ministry of Hajj of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since August 2019. Besides, she carries out some more voluntary duties from a sense of social responsibility. She is not only an exponent of women’s rights, but also is voluble on this subject. Her active participation with this regard does not get lost on many in the society. She provides the depressed women with legal aids through Shapnaferi Social Development Society, a nonprofitable social organization, operational since 2012. Also the distressed people of the society get economic benefit from this organization.  She has been holding the position that of an Adviser in the board of the members of Amjad Hosne Ara Technical Training Institute since January 2022. These recognition demonstrate her exceptional ability of being able to socialize herself and her inter personal skills, pretty much required for accomplishment of a job perfectly.

Al hajj Ayesha Chowdhury, undeflected and unrelenting in her approach, wants to become the leading Hajj and Umrah service provider in Bangladesh. She believes, her unfaltering commitment to her clients and to the society, accompanied by her endeavour will help her one day reach the heartland of success, In Sha Allah.
